What is Usui Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese therapeutic technique of balancing energy and sending energy from a distance and above all an extraordinary natural healing system.
It brings with it the proposal of self-knowledge through the Three Pillars of Reiki and Gokai (five Reiki principles) practiced by the Reikians.
The Usui method (Reiki Usui) was created by master Mikao Usui in 1922, and contrary to what many people think, Reiki Usui is not an ancient knowledge, it has not been rediscovered by other ancient beliefs. It is therefore an original method created by Master Usui at the beginning of the last century.
Traditional line Reiki is not linked to the beliefs and religiosity that were inserted in the lineage of Western Reiki mainly from the 1980s. It seeks the rescue of Reiki in its origin, Japan, and in the sense of Usui.
